Service and Product Guarantee

Lavish Hair Studio stands behind our services and products, if you are not satisfied please contact us within 7 days of your visit.  We want to make sure our clients are happy with the experience at Lavish Hair Studio.


Hand-Tied and Tape-In Extension Policy

A Consultation is required.  This will help us to determine what your expectations and goals are for wanting Hand-Tied or Tape-In Extensions.  A deposit is required at your initial consultation.  The deposit will be used to purchase the hair needed for your desired look.  These fees are non-refundable.


EyeLash Extension Policy

We guarantee our lash extensions application up to 5 days.  Make sure to come without makeup.  If we have to remove your makeup it is an additional charge of $15.  You will need to be able to lay on your back for an extended period of time. If you wear contact lenses bring your glasses.  You will not be able to wear contacts during and immediately after your service.  


Color Correction Policy

All color correction services are charged $125 an hour.  Times will vary for each client and will be unable to estimate a time range.  A consultation is required prior to scheduling a color correction appointment.  A color correction contract must be signed before your color correction appointment begins.  We will need to know your color history and the use of medications must be divulged when consulting with your stylist, as some instances may cause a negative chemical reaction to the hair when mixed with salon chemicals.  


Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds of any kind.

 
Cancellation Policy
 
We at Lavish Hair Studio understands that emergencies and unforeseen events happen.  If you need to cancel your appointment, we simply ask that you notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling at least 24 hours hours prior to the appointment.  Cancellations that break these rules will cause a $50 fee added to your next appointment.
